Pregnancy is an incredibly exciting time, but it can feel stressful too.
Whether you’re counting down to maternity leave, chasing after little ones, or trying to stay on top of everyday life while battling pregnancy fatigue, finding time to truly relax can feel almost impossible.
I know committing to regular time for yourself can be hard, which is why I offer these classes monthly — allowing them to feel more like a luxury treat just for you, rather than another item on your to-do list. By setting aside just one hour, you can enjoy the many benefits of pregnancy relaxation.
These classes are held at local venues and may be offered as larger group sessions or more intimate classes, depending on venue size and demand.
