Rooted in the proven principles of hypnobirthing (without any fluff or gimmicks), this course empowers you with tools to reduce fear, manage pain, and support a more positive birthing experience, for you, your partner, and your baby.
In your one-to-one course, you’ll:

Learn simple but effective breathing techniques for each stage of labour

Understand how your body works during birth, and how to work with it

Explore your birth preferences and build a personalised birth plan

Equip your birth partner with the knowledge and confidence to advocate for you

Practice guided relaxation, affirmations, and visualisation techniques to stay calm and focused
