Pregnancy is an incredibly exciting time, but it can feel stressful too.
Whether you're counting down to maternity leave, chasing after little ones, or trying to stay on top of everyday life while battling pregnancy fatigue, finding time to truly relax can feel almost impossible.
I know committing to regular time for yourself can be hard, which is why I offer these classes monthly — allowing them to feel more like a luxury treat just for you, rather than another item on your to-do list. By setting aside just one hour, you can enjoy the many benefits of pregnancy relaxation.
These classes are held at local venues and may be offered as larger group sessions or more intimate classes, depending on venue size and demand.

A Nurture Circle is my monthly pregnancy relaxation and antenatal class in Newhaven, East Sussex, created as a calm space for pregnant people to slow down, connect, and feel supported. Join us for tea, gentle connection, reflection, journaling, breathing practices, and guided relaxation. Each month we’ll explore a nurturing theme together, giving you time to pause, process, and simply be. Pregnancy can feel like a whirlwind — this is your space to feel held. A space for expectant mums to come and take an hour and a half out of their busy lives to relax and bond with their baby and connect with other pregnant people.
