Who we are

Nurture Bump and Baby (sole trader) is run by Suzie Peissel, based in East Sussex, England. If you have any questions about this policy or your data, please email Suzie-nurture@outlook.com.

What we collect and why

Newsletter signups. When you sign up for the free guide and MP3, we collect your name and email address. Lawful basis: consent. We use this to send you the free resources, the welcome sequence, and occasional emails about hypnobirthing and Nurture Bump and Baby.

Contact form. When you send a message through our contact form, we collect your name, email, optional phone number, and message content. Lawful basis: legitimate interest in replying to your enquiry, plus your consent in initiating contact.

Service interest forms. When you register interest in a service, we collect your name, email, journey stage, location, partner name, and any notes you share. This is stored in our content management system (Sanity) so Suzie can follow up personally. Lawful basis: legitimate interest in responding to your enquiry.

Analytics. We use two analytics tools:

  • Vercel Analytics — cookie-less, aggregated, always active. No personally identifiable information is stored.
  • Google Analytics — runs in consent mode by default (no cookies, anonymous data). If you accept cookies via our banner, Google Analytics sets cookies (_ga, _ga_*) to understand how visitors use the site. You can decline and it continues in anonymous mode. See our cookie policy for details.

Where your data lives

  • MailerLite (EU servers) — newsletter subscribers and email campaign delivery.

  • Resend (EU servers) — delivers contact form submissions to our inbox.

  • Vercel — hosts the website and analytics.

  • Sanity — stores website content (no personal data from visitors).

  • Google (EU/US servers) — aggregated analytics data, stored per Google's data retention policy.

All third-party integrations (MailerLite, Resend, Google Analytics) are configured server-side or via consent-gated scripts. No client-side tracking scripts are loaded without your knowledge.

How long we keep it

  • Newsletter subscribers: until you unsubscribe or request deletion.
  • Contact form enquiries: up to 12 months after our last correspondence, then deleted.
  • Analytics: retained in aggregated form per Vercel's default retention.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to:

  • Request access to the personal data we hold about you.
  • Ask us to correct or delete your data.
  • Withdraw consent at any time (most simply: click unsubscribe, or email us).
  • Lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Cookies

We use Google Analytics cookies only with your consent. Without consent, Google Analytics still runs in a privacy-preserving mode that sets no cookies. Vercel may set strictly-necessary functional cookies for load balancing. See our cookie policy for full details.

If we update this policy we'll refresh the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be flagged to newsletter subscribers by email.
