Pregnancy is an exciting time, but can be a stressful time too.

Whether it's working up to your maternity leave,  chasing around small children or trying to keep on top of the housework whilst battling pregnancy fatigue, you need to find time to relax. 

Easier said than done perhaps. But by committing to 1 hour a week, you can enjoy the benefits associated with pregnancy relaxation.

At Home

This is a personalised service for you within your own home. 

This service can be used for:

  • Just you

  • You and your birth partner/s

  • A group of pregnant friends 

  • A family session​

Group Classes

These classes are held at local venues and can be for larger groups or more intimate classes depending on venue size and demand. 

I will advertise these classes sporadically, however, if you are interested in a group session in your area, I can organise one. So get in touch if you're interested and we can discuss this further.
